 How do I get a refund?
Article We do NOT offer refunds for unused portions of your account. Once you have signed up you are paid for and committed for that length of time.

We do NOT offer any refunds if your account has been cancelled due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

We do offer full refunds if you cancel and request a refund within 24 hours of signup. This allows you to have a risk-free trial of our service.

We do offer full or partial refunds if there is an upgrade to a more expensive account type.

We do offer full or partial refunds if there was an administrative error, uncreated account or double billing.

No refunds will be issued for any other reasons.
