Options
 Are you using the closest server?
 Are you using a minimum of 6-8 connections?
 Is your newsreader speedlimiter off?
 Are you using Registered versions of your NewsReader?
 No other downloads or P2P/Bittorrent running?
 Are all antivirus and firewall software disabled?
 Only getting between 120-170 kBps on Unlimited plans?
 How slow is your connection?
 Try alternative ports
 Try SSL
 Run a Traceroute
